The initial payment is required to reserve your volunteer placement in the selected programby by the limited number of available spots in each program. The payment is 100% refundable if you cancel your program.

The program initial payment is simply to reserve your placement in the selected program.
5. IS THE INITIAL PAYMENT INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM PRICE?
Yes, is included in the total price. If the program costs € 600, the remaining amount to be paid is € 550.

Yes, in case you cancel your program for any reason, you are always entitled to request the initial payment refund, in case you decide to change your program the initial payment is automatically used to save your spot in the new program.
